In short: Inherit launched the world's first biogas-to-CCS project and delivered its first 1,000 tonnes of stored CO2, while securing major removal deals.

The project captures CO2 from biogas with permanent storage. Over 150 guests attended the opening at VEAS. Partners include Veas, HoopCO2, Northern Lights JV, Litra AS, and Microsoft.
It combines biogas with carbon capture and storage for permanent carbon removal. The project is now operational with partners including Microsoft and Equinor.
