HR and labor software SmartHR (SmartHR, Minato-ku, Tokyo) announced on the 7th that it has acquired all shares of CrossBit (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), which develops the shift management system 'RakuShift', and made it a wholly-owned subsidiary.
